Visiting Colorado, United States

Overview

Colorado offers numerous attractions and adventures in its vibrant cities and towns that make you feel right at home. The state is a cornucopia of fabulous ski resorts, natural hot springs, gold mines, historic caves and national parks. While Colorado is identified with the Rocky Mountain, the state offers much more. A trip to Aspen promises quaint shops, opera and wine tasting opportunities; whereas Breckenridge is steeped in history with over 250 historic buildings, numerous festivals and several opportunities to go hiking, fishing and hunting. It is also a haven for ski lovers just like Aspen. The nightlife in Vail is legendary and if Lady Luck is on your side, do drop into the casinos in town to try your luck. Denver perhaps is the most well-known city in Colorado, but a visit to Mesa Verde National Park is a must for its historic sites, stunning natural formations and unique wildlife.
